About our unique company

In setting out to create a company where creativity is key, we spent some time thinking about traditional corporate structures and how we could improve them. Although FooCorp is a small company, we have created an distributed working environment, using free software, and a different ownership methodology.

We will not have employees, or contractors.

Instead, people who are useful to the company shall be invited to join, take an equal ownership with the existing owners, and prove their abilities in public.
