How we license our stuff

When you buy a book, a song, a movie, a TV show, etc from us, you get certain rights that most copyright holders won't give you. Specifically, the freedom to modify, use/run, distribute and study them for any purpose.

The exact licenses may vary from item to item, but most items are licensed using the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike License 3.0 (or any later version, if you prefer).

Software items are usually licensed under the GNU General Public License 3.0 (or any later version you may prefer).
